‘I will continue to do the job’: NYC Mayor Eric Adams defends himself against charges

After being charged with bribery and wire fraud, New York Mayor Eric Adams said he was “not surprised” by the indictment, but remained defiant and denied any wrongdoing. Adams said he will “continue to do the job.”
