A confirmed MS-13 gang member who is wanted in El Salvador for murder has been deported by U.S. Immigration Customs and Enforcement.
ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) in Philadelphia carried out the removal of Jose Benedicto Mojica Aldana on Friday.
Mojica allegedly entered the U.S. without inspection or parole, although the exact date and location of his entry remain unknown.
ICE agents apprehended Mojica near a residence in Annapolis, Maryland on June 15, 2022, and subsequently transferred him to a detention facility in Cambridge, Maryland.
