Iowa’s high court rules that six-week abortion ban can take effect

Iowa’s Supreme Court ruled that a law that prohibits abortions after six weeks of pregnancy can take effect, as women in a number of states find themselves caught in the middle of shifting laws on abortion. NBC News’ Yamiche Alcindor reports.
