Former President Donald Trump attacked President Biden for a comment in which he appeared to call Trump supporters “garbage.” Mr. Biden later clarified that he wasn’t referring to all Trump supporters but to the comedian at a Trump rally on Sunday who made a hateful comment about Puerto Rico.
