Additionally, a 25-year-old woman sustained multiple lacerations to her shoulder and midsection, a 17-year-old girl suffered lacerations to her leg and arm, and a 17-year-old boy sustained a laceration to his hand. Furthermore, a 24-year-old woman suffered leg lacerations after being hit by a vehicle, a 23-year-old woman sustained abrasions to her side from being struck by a vehicle and falling to the ground, a 22-year-old man had abrasions on his side and foot from a similar incident, and a 22-year-old woman suffered abrasions to her midsection after being struck by a vehicle.

The investigation into the incident is currently ongoing, and the Syracuse Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division is urging anyone with relevant information to come forward by contacting them at (315) 442-5222. As of now, it remains unclear whether any arrests have been made or if any suspects are still at large.
